Cotswolds 88 hotel is full of wonderful artefacts and stunning themed decors in each room – I loved it from the moment I met Jean & Alex there at our pre-meeting. The Ceremony Room is delightful, you could almost be on a film set for ‘ Poirot’!
On the day of the wedding I was thrilled to see the men wearing black tie & dinner jackets (OK a little more than that but you know what I mean …), all very stylish. Jean and her daughter had both chosen 30′s style dresses to complement the theme and they looked lovely. I must mention Regen who is Norwegian and didn’t wear black tie etc because he had promised Alex & Jean that he would wear his country’s traditional costume …of course I took quite a few pictures of him too!
There may not have been champers on the terrace due to several August downpours but there was no shortage of fizz everywhere else. A great wedding, definitely one of the most stylish themed weddings this year. www.cotswolds88hotel.com
